I I either didn’t know they made regular road vehicles. Or I forgot. Spotted in Valencia.

Safari was sold in Australia, how many remain (if any) is a mystery though as i haven’t seen one in years.

Strangely. Tata Motors first passenger car was the Tata Indica. Which Rover brought badge engineered as the Rover CityR over to the U.K. and Europe.
A god awful car. A colleague had one. It was so un-economical, unreliable, etc... generally a very shitty motor.
Apparently Tata has a research company here in the U.K. and in/from 2017 have been using a Tata Hex a as a base unit for testing out autonom ous

I recall the Tata ute of the 90s (with its licensed Peugeot engine) with fondness...and now I look forward to the Land Rover Defender. Nothing has changed and it makes me happy....
